And, well, I must say..though it was a bit disappointing this year (Pymble came 15/24 schools), it was still great - hehe...the party was pretty damn good this year...and I swear, I almost died laughing at the video (which hehe..i'm not in...AT ALL!) but hey...it was still good - started off Wednesday morning, a bit dreary - wet and freakin' cold....then argh...crappy long day...then... THURSDAY - started off...with a 6.30 hit up in the dark (Obviously, Bee and Sal are more coordinated than me and Carlita) hehe... erm....we kinda went through...nothing on the bus...and hehe...we were the only pair still rugged up with jerseys and trackpants, and we really just stood at the side of the courts whilst everybody else was warming up - we didn't get called for our first match until about...10-ish....up on court...10(?) I think... actually made it through the first match....8-0... then we had to wait for ...oh..about an hour and a half.... and then they made us hike up a damn mountain (well....it was on the top level - court 15) ... which....then came the disappointment - we played some Roseville pair (who I admit, we've played before - well..at least Rob and i have)...and we were down 3-0...got back to 4-4....then it went 6-4, 6-5...and the STUPID girl umpiring couldn' f*ckin' umpire, so we were down 7-5 cause of a crappy call (it was oh..about 30cm a fault) then...we lost 8-5...SECOND ROUND = ( ...*sigh*...Yvonne and Rob got to Quarters, tho...good effort!! Friday - Miss Bowen kinda forwarned us in the bus (we were on 104 pts last year..and this year we were on 74) - roughly translating to ....we're gonna do crap..and...we kinda did...in the years i've been in Tildesley, we've gone from 4th --> 7th ---> 14th ---> 10th ---> 15th GOD>>>Even FRENSHAM beat us... -____-" man...that sucked heaps...but....it was then time for the afterparty Which was rather damn good...so....all applause to Yvonne...and Drev/Anna/Bee for the vid! hehe...not like they're ever gonna read this anyways..com>1=jeezyland">. *shrug* and now i'm tired..and that's probably the longest post for quite a while! hehe ciaos for now- jeezy.
